Extraordinary Event Payment

 

s. 12.7 of the equity derivatives definitions sets out the calculation of the amount to be paid by a party to the other if an Extraordinary Event occurs and “Cancellation and Payment” or “Partial Cancellation and Payment” applies. When calculated, the payment shall be made not later than 3 Currency Business Days following notice of determination of such amount (cf. 12.7(a)).
