NAFMII Termination Event Consequences

 

Section 10 of the 2009 NAFMII Master Agreement (~{!0~}Master Agreement~{!1~}) deals with the consequences of Termination Events (cf. Section 7 of the Master Agreement) and how Termination Events should be handled (cf. Section 6(b) of the ISDA Master Agreement).
