Consequence of Events of Default

 

Section 9 of the 2009 NAFMII Master Agreement (“Master Agreement”) deals with the consequences of Events of Default (cf. Section 6 of the Master Agreement) and how Events of Default should be handled including the designation of Early Termination Date and calculation and payment of Amount Payable upon Early Termination.
