Remedies Cumulative

 

Section 22 of the 2009 NAFMII Master Agreement (“Master Agreement”) is another “boiler plate” provision making clear that remedies provided in the Master Agreement are cumulative and do not exclude general remedies provided by Chinese law (cf. Section 9(d) of the ISDA Master Agreement).
