Section 21 of the 2009 NAFMII Master Agreement (“Master Agreement”) is one of the “boiler plate” provisions making clear that the section headings shall not affect the construction and interpretation of the Master Agreement (cf. Section 9(g) of the ISDA Master Agreement).
