Expenses

 

Section 20 of the 2009 NAFMII Master Agreement (“Master Agreement”) deals with the costs and expenses incurred by the Non-Defaulting Party to enforce or protect the Non-Defaulting Party’s rights under the Master Agreement or the Performance Assurance Document (cf. Section 11 of the ISDA Master Agreement).
