Dispute Resolutions

 

Section 18 of the 2009 NAFMII Master Agreement (“Master Agreement”) deals with issues relating to the interpretation of the Master Agreement (e.g. the governing law) and dispute resolutions such as forum (cf. Section 13 of the ISDA Master Agreement).
