Telephone Recording

 

Section 16 of the 2009 NAFMII Master Agreement (“Master Agreement”) provides that, unless the parties otherwise agreed, telephone conversation with respect to Transactions or potential Transactions may be recorded and may be used as evidence unless the use contravenes any Chinese Law.
