Non Waiver of Rights

 

Section 14 of the 2009 NAFMII Master Agreement (“Master Agreement”) makes clear that any failure, delay in the exercise or partial exercise of any right under the Master Agreement by any party to the Master Agreement shall not be taken as a waiver of any right or remedy of the party under the Master Agreement
