Transfer of NAFMII Master Agreement

 

Section 14 of the 2009 NAFMII Master Agreement (“Master Agreement”) deals with the right of parties under the Master Agreement to transfer their rights and obligations (cf. Section 7 of the ISDA Master Agreement).
